Aqua-Therm Kyiv 2015 to present state loans for energy saving by the government programme
17th international exhibition for heating, ventilation, air conditioning, water supply, renewable energy, sanitation and swimming pool Aqua-Therm Kyiv 2015 is held in the International Exhibition Center in Kyiv from 12 to 15 May. It is the Eastern Europe’s unique properly-segmented HVAC industry event.
The International conference Energy Efficiency and Conservation of Resources in the Fields of Housing and Communal Services — the Main Direction of the Industry’s Development was held within the 17th International Exhibition Aqua-Therm Kyiv 2015. Ukrainians can obtain a bank loan for energy efficiency with part budget compensation, as was said at the conference. The Government of Ukraine and Oschadbank created a compensation programme for 20%-40% of the credit cost for energy efficiency measures. Anyone can get a compensation for the non-gas boiler (20%), insulation of individual dwellings (30%) or energy efficiency measures in condominiums (up to 40%, or 10.000 UAH for 1 apartment).
The conference also discussed the creation of the Ukrainian energy investment platform, heating in large cities and regions of the country to meet the challenges faced by utility boilers in the past heating season. This was told by Arsenty Blashchuk, head of Ukrteplokommunenergo association.
Volodymyr Kistion, first deputy minister of regional development, construction and housing of Ukraine, presented the main directions of modernization of thermal power and the necessary reforms in the legislation. Tatiana Gryaznova, CFO of Kyivenergo, answered main open-ended questions of heating in the capital. Solutions for upgrading high power boilers to reduce costs and tariffs were offered by Ivan Shaforost, Ukrgaztehnika president. Representatives of the major international and Ukrainian manufacturers presented modern energy-efficient equipment for industrial and utility boilers.
Conference was organised by the Ministry of Regional Development, Construction and Housing of Ukraine, interbranch association Ukrteplokommunenergo and Premier Expo.
Strategic issues of water supply, in particular, new tariff policy, changes in the legal regulations, water and waste water quality were discussed by representatives of the regional and district water utilities.Ukrvodokanalekologiya Association, as the strategic partner of the exhibition, held meetings of the Association Council and working groups.
Major market players from Austria, Bulgaria, China, Czech Republic Denmark, Germany, Italy, Lithuania, Poland, Slovakia, Serbia, USA, Turkey and Ukraine exhibit to offer their new products and services. More than 700 leading international brands present special energy-efficient and sustainable solutions for water supply, heating, ventilation. Of particular interest are solid and pyrolysis boilers, heat pump units, solid-fuelled and biomass boilers, solar collectors and solar cells, boilers, smart home systems, recuperators, etc. Novelties are marked with a special New sign. Organisers forecast for over 15,000 key HVAC industry buyers and specifiers to come to Kyiv.
